A andorinha. Endlessly curious about how people live, endure, and find meaning in their lives and why. One of the reasons I’m fond of documentary filmmaking is that it allows me connect with people through the camera.
Born in Korea and currently based in Brussels, learning Documentary filmmaking in the DocNomads EMJMD programme. When I’m not filming, you’ll probably find me dancing - very talkative when I dance to swing jazz.
All-time favorite film is The Apartment by Billy Wilder.

It was only after my grandfather’s death that I began to take interest in his story. All that’s left are fragmented memories. How should I remember those who were never recorded, those who were never found? My Imaginary Half is a story of what has divided us.

How are depression and anxiety among women in their 20s and 30s linked to the huge structure of discrimination?
The omniverse documentary film, which consists of four chapters and an epilogue, talks about mid-pregnancy and mental illness based on a private narrative, overlaps the experience of discrimination from other generations, and looks back on the boundaries that divide the parties and non-parties. Through the five stories, we want to find the possibility of connections that can counter discrimination and hatred.
